Yes. For children taller than 150 cm, an adult ticket must be purchased. However, having an adult ticket does not automatically grant access to all pools and water slides in the water park. Visiting deep pools and high-complexity water slides is allowed only with written permission from the administration.
The decision on admission is made by the water park administration at the North Gate. To have the issue considered, the parent (legal representative) must personally visit with the child and then fill out a written application for permission.
The entrance fee to the water park is paid once upon entry. The ticket is valid for the entire operating day of the water park — from 09:00 to 20:00. The price includes access to the pools, water slides, and attractions, as well as the use of changing rooms, restrooms, the cloakroom, and lifeguard services on site. Please note: the ticket office is open until 18:00. It is not possible to purchase an entrance ticket after 18:00, even though the water park remains open until 20:00.
No. The use of personal speakers, audio systems, and other devices for playing music at a high volume is prohibited on the water park premises.
The water park is a family-friendly destination, so loud music can cause discomfort to other guests, disturb the relaxation of children and elderly visitors, and may also contain content that does not comply with age restrictions and public behavior standards.
In addition, important announcements and safety information are regularly broadcast across the water park premises through the public address system. In particular, messages about lost children, requests to contact the administration, notices about improperly parked vehicles, changes in attraction schedules, weather conditions, safety rules, and other important notifications may be transmitted.
The use of personal audio systems may make it difficult for both the owner of the speaker and nearby visitors to receive important information in a timely manner, which could negatively affect the safety and comfort of guests.
To create a comfortable atmosphere for all guests, a general music program is broadcast across the water park premises; therefore, the use of personal music speakers is not allowed.
No. Bringing and using gas canisters, camping stoves, gas burners, and other cooking equipment on the water park premises is prohibited. This restriction is due to fire safety requirements and the need to ensure the safety of visitors. In conditions of high temperature, direct sunlight, and large crowds, the use of gas equipment can create an increased risk of hazardous situations. If you plan to cook shashlik or other food over an open flame, the water park provides special barbecue areas. There are also cafés and food outlets serving ready-made meals and drinks for visitors. Please note that the prices for goods and services in the cafés and outlets are set independently by their owners. The water park administration does not participate in forming the pricing policy of the tenants.
No. At present, there are no special discounts or fixed promotions for birthday celebrants, people with disabilities, pensioners, and large families. In certain cases, the water park administration may consider offering discounts or special conditions on an individual basis directly on site.
Yes, guests are allowed to bring their own food. You are also permitted to cook shashlik in specially designated areas on the water park premises. You may bring your own grill or rent one on site. Please contact the administration for details on rental costs.
No. For the safety of visitors, bringing and consuming strong alcoholic beverages, as well as bringing and smoking hookahs on the water park premises, is prohibited. Beer may be brought in reasonable quantities for personal consumption. The administration reserves the right to restrict the bringing of alcoholic products in cases that violate safety rules and public order.
Children under 3 years old can enter the water park free of charge. If there are any questions regarding the child's age, the administration may ask for a birth certificate to verify it. For children over 3 years old, a child ticket must be purchased.
No, the water park pools do not have a water heating system. However, water quality is maintained through a 24-hour filtration system and regular sanitary treatment.
The water in the pools undergoes 24-hour filtration through a modern purification system. To maintain sanitary standards, the water is regularly treated with special disinfectants.
Yes, on-site parking is available for water park visitors. The entrance and parking fee for a passenger car is 700 tenge. For large vehicles, including minivans, shuttle buses, Gazelle-type vans, and other vehicles occupying an enlarged parking space, the entrance and parking fee is 1400 tenge. The number of parking spaces is limited, so we recommend arriving early on busy days.
Yes, there are cafés and bistros on site where you can purchase ready-made food and drinks. Professional lifeguards are constantly on duty near the pools and water attractions to ensure the safety of our guests. You can also buy inflatable rings and other water leisure accessories on the premises.
No, the water park operates daily from 09:00 to 20:00, with no option for overnight stays. Season passes are not currently available.
Several different cafés and retail outlets operate on the water park premises, each of which independently creates its own menu, assortment, and sets prices for goods and services. The water park administration does not regulate the pricing policy of tenants, does not provide information on the cost of food and goods, and does not give preference to any particular café or shop. To clarify current prices, we recommend contacting the café or outlet of interest directly during your visit to the water park.
Sun loungers are provided to guests free of charge and are not included in the ticket price. The number of sun loungers on the water park premises is limited, so they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot book or reserve sun loungers for individual visitors. If having a sun lounger is important to you, we recommend arriving early.
No. Currently, online ticket sales and advance booking are not available. Entrance tickets can only be purchased at the water park ticket office on the day of your visit. Please note that our water park has no other official ticket sales points, intermediaries, or representatives selling tickets through social media, messengers, or third-party websites. If anyone offers to sell you tickets in advance, transfer money to a card, or promises to reserve seats — these may be scammers. We also ask you to be especially careful when approaching the water park premises. Sometimes near the entrance or parking lot, there may be people posing as water park employees offering to sell tickets by hand. Such tickets may look genuine, but they are fake and invalid, and entry to the water park with them is impossible. To avoid unpleasant situations, purchase tickets exclusively at the official water park ticket office. For your convenience, several payment methods are available at the ticket office: • cash; • bank card; • Kaspi QR payment.
Please do not transfer money to unknown individuals and do not purchase tickets outside the water park ticket office. This is the only way to guarantee the purchase of a valid ticket and avoid fraud.
